Exploring Sound, Light & Wellness
A source-based introduction to music research, historical frequency systems, colored light, nutritional discoveries and Greek perspectives on harmony. Follow the links to explore the authors’ own publications and historical texts.
Source types are identified throughout: a historical account records what an author reported; a clinical study examines a defined intervention and outcome. Inclusion does not establish medical effectiveness or provide a treatment recommendation.

Direct reference to Rife
In Tensegrity #12: The Quantum Cell Membrane (December 14, 2014), Jack Kruse discusses Rife’s microscope and reported beam-ray resonance approach, mentions Novobiotronics and cites Rosenow’s 1932 Science article about the Rife microscope. This documents Kruse’s engagement with Rife’s ideas. It does not supply matching pathogen-frequency values, mention Hulda Clark or establish the A=432 musical mapping.
Related light and biological-timing sources
Kruse’s TIME #10 discusses sensory integration, sunlight, biological timing and mitochondria. His biography identifies him as a neurosurgeon. These sources present his explanations and interpretations.
Independent research on related topics includes:
- Brainard and colleagues, 2001: human experiments on the wavelength sensitivity of light-induced melatonin suppression, identifying 446–477 nm as particularly effective under the studied conditions.
- Scheer and colleagues, 2009: human experiments examining metabolic, autonomic and endocrine effects of circadian misalignment.
- Retinal light research, 2012: experiments in aged mice relating 670-nm exposure to mitochondrial membrane potential and retinal inflammation.
Kruse is not an author of these independent studies. Their findings address particular light or timing questions, rather than validating every explanation in his commentary or the pathogen-frequency charts.

Historical numerical reference
Clark & Rife Frequency Charts
Browse original historical values with source references and separately calculated musical comparisons at A = 432 Hz. Includes Clark records, early Rife archive transcriptions and the later Stafford report.
Historical labels and reported values are attributed to their sources. Musical notes and colors are MetaNovaBest comparisons, not verified organ resonances or treatment recommendations. Listening to a note does not reproduce electrical or RF exposure.
How the musical comparison works
Source values are converted to Hz and divided by powers of two into the C4–B4 octave. Both endpoints of each range use the same divisor. The range midpoint is our calculated representative, not a historical selected setting. Listed individual values have their own calculations. Nearest notes use equal temperament at A = 432 Hz; 100 cents is one semitone.
Several frequencies may fold onto the same note. A musical sound does not reproduce radiofrequency delivery, modulation, DC offset or a biological effect. Natural-note alternatives are provisional and do not verify a physical lyre's string order.

Additional Research Appendix Sources
Robert Thiel — Zapper pilot report
Author report hosted by the Clark Information Center
Describes bioelectrical stimulation with nutritional interventions and participant-reported changes. Its results concern that combined intervention. The host identifies Thiel as not an MD.
Aubrey Scoon — Beam Ray examination
Later firsthand technical examination
Presents circuits and oscilloscope observations, describing an RF carrier with lower-frequency modulation. The account concerns the examined instrument; provenance and designs differ across Rife-type equipment.
Wallach & Ma Lan — Hell’s Kitchen, 2005
Book catalog · Wellness Publications
Catalog record for the book concerning obesity, diabetes and metabolic syndrome. The full book and the remembered pig-organ passage have not been examined for this collection.
U.S. Army — Acoustic hailing
Institutional equipment description
Documents directional sound for voice messages and warning tones. This illustrates an acoustic application rather than a therapeutic outcome.
U.S. Army — Active Denial technology
Institutional equipment description
Describes 95 GHz millimeter-wave RF energy producing a skin-heating sensation for deterrence. It illustrates a physical interaction distinct from sound listening and medical light treatment.
These sources include author reports, technical accounts, a book catalog and physical applications. Each source type is identified separately.
Historical Reports & Organ-Color Context
Clark-related pilot reports and Stafford’s later clinical accounts are linked as reports by their respective authors. Participant-reported changes, laboratory observations and clinical case descriptions are distinct outcomes; no common clinical success rate is assigned to this chart.
The traditional liver label remains green or blue-green. The separately supplied organ comparison model puts the liver reference at 259.6759 Hz, near C4, which is red in the musical key. These are separate conventions, not measured liver resonances or evidence of pathogen affinity.
Historical electrical descriptions distinguish waveform shape, modulation and DC offset. A square wave describes shape; DC offset describes its position relative to zero. Historical exposure schedules are not converted here into listening or treatment instructions.
How the Musical & Color Comparison Works
An octave is a 2:1 frequency relationship. Dividing a numerical frequency by two repeatedly can bring it into an audible range: audible comparison = original frequency ÷ 2n.
For example, 32,000 Hz divided by 2 seven times is 250 Hz. A musical-note comparison is a further step, using equal temperament with A = 432 Hz. The nearest note can differ from the calculated frequency.
The color assigned to a note is a MetaNovaBest visual convention. These comparisons do not reproduce the original electrical, RF or optical exposure, nor establish a shared biological effect. Greek interval ratios describe relative pitches; they do not specify A=432 or modern organ-frequency values.
Prepared October 18, 2026. Selected references for independent exploration. Personal health decisions require evidence specific to the condition and intervention.
