Seven Center Reflections

A seven-day reflective practice using color, journaling, optional sound, and quiet attention.

Reflection and cultural education only.  Center, color, musical-note and numbered-tone correspondences are reflective traditions, not medical measurements, diagnoses, treatments, or scientifically established organ relationships.

Seven-day reflection

Choose one center each day. Use its color as a visual cue, then complete the short reflection.

The buttons play C-major musical notes tuned to A = 432 Hz for three seconds. The separately listed numbered tones are retained as reflection references and are not the notes played by these buttons.
