METANOVABEST TRADITIONAL REFERENCE

Herbs & Stones Reflection Reference

Traditional channel colors with visual stone examples; original seven-center labels remain separately preserved.

Reference labels only. The twelve-channel entries below are creative reflection examples; the original seven-center research labels remain in the expandable section. They are not directions to swallow, brew, burn, inhale, apply, or otherwise use an herb medicinally. Stones are visual or tactile reflection objects only.

Herb safety notes
  • Plant products can cause allergies, side effects, contamination, and medication interactions. Ask a licensed clinician or pharmacist before medicinal use, especially during pregnancy or breastfeeding or when taking medicines.
  • Licorice:glycyrrhizin can cause serious adverse effects, especially with large or long-term intake and in some people with cardiovascular or kidney conditions.
  • Coltsfoot:some preparations contain pyrrolizidine alkaloids associated with liver toxicity; this guide does not recommend internal use.
  • Mugwort:safety evidence is limited and it should not be used during pregnancy.
  • Turmeric:culinary use differs from concentrated supplements; concentrated products can interact with medicines and have been associated with rare liver injury.
Stone and mineral safety

Use stones externally as display or tactile objects only. Do not swallow minerals, make “crystal water,” or put unknown, copper-bearing, friable, or otherwise unsuitable specimens into food or drink.

A mineral's measured resonances depend on composition, crystal structure, size, shape, temperature, mounting, and measurement method. This guide does not assign a universal healing frequency to any stone.

Simple reflective use

Choose a color and, if desired, a stone as a visual or tactile object. Use the herb names only as historical/traditional reference labels unless you independently choose an ordinary food or beverage use that is safe for you. Complete the reflection with journaling, comfortable breathing, or quiet observation.
